When my mother chose my name, she read from a book of baby names and saw the meaning of the name Jaylin: song of joy. The more I continue to evolve and blossom, the more I discover new layers to this meaning. At this time, I like to think of my life as a song, a song composed by God, played by me. A song for the world that would inspire joy.

I don't know what possessed me to capture the intimate inner dialog of my soul into words and put it on the internet for everyone to see but this past year has been a whirlwind and I wanted to take time to dedicate myself to document all that I've been experiencing and dreaming with the Lord. My prayer is that these words would come from my heart and multiply in blessings for whoever reads.
